Shipping was good in so far as the item arrived without any damage. Putting it together took a little longer than expected as the directions were not the best, but I've had far more expensive products with similarly bad directions. I have been using the cable machine for the last couple of weeks and am amazed by the smoothness of the cables, even without the aluminum pulleys. The tower itself is also made of high quality materials. In particular, the articulating arms are built like a tank. The weight horns on the bottom of the machine are perfect to keep it steady during lifts. Only time will tell if the machine is durable long-term, but this is comparable to cable towers costing hundreds of dollars more.

Fantastic rack/functional trainer for the price
Fantastic rack/functional trainer for the price. Solid and sturdy, doesn’t wobble with weight. Wish the spotter arms were slightly longer or operated as safety arms from post to post inside the rack, but it’s not a significant issue.

Look no further, this is the rack you want
I purchased the E2 Pro with aluminum pulleys after going down the squat rack rabbit hole. Coop from Garage Gym Reviews eventually sold me on this, you won't find a better value for your money. Shipping was quick, it does come in several boxes so keep that in mind. It took me roughly six hours to put together using just a ratchet and wrench but the assembly is pretty straight forward. The rotation arms are a game changer and the overall build quality is above what I expected at this price point. It can do everything that much more expensive set ups can do and the customer service is top notch. Definitely get the aluminum pulleys, they change the entire feel of the cable system. There's plenty of space for attachments if you eventually want to add on the smith and/or leg attachments, or any other one inch rack accessories. Personally I probably would have gone for the E3 as it's identical but also comes with the smith attachment, but I ended up buying the smith separately and customer service helped with that. All in all, you won't beat the price on this for what you get. It's got a relatively small footprint, it's extremely solid, comes with a ton of accessories, a great cable set up, overall just a great rack and a great addition to a home gym that won't break your budget.

I have been looking to upgrade my cableless rack and came across this product. The product arrived in less than a week. The assembly was fine and could have been better if close-ups of more complex units and/or videos were included in the instructions. I have tried it thrice, and I am very satisfied with the quality and functionality.
