This home gym is the best!
I really love this unit. I ordered it thinking it would take forever to receive but the shipping company was really fast. I had it in about a week delivered to my door. It took me a full day to assemble. I set it up in my basement and was worried about the height because I have low ceilings. I would recommend reading the instructions all the way through first because there are some steps you need to do first if you have low ceilings like I do. One thing I found is that the metal posts seems heavier then listed.
Whitout a doubt, the best purchase I have made recently. The equipment is so versatile you can work every part of your body for a full core workout.The machine is very solid, smooth, and pleasant to use. The price is a steal and would have paid much more. Similar equipment sells for almost twice as much. Buy with confidence.
I bought this for a group fitness gym and quickly realized I wanted one for home!You can do EVERYTHING on this thing and it is so nice put together.Seller was SUPER fast, but the item does have to go through customs so be prepared to share your tax ID or social # if you're in the states.Hubby and a friend of his put together in a handful of hours. Can't say enough good things about the machine and the seller!
Instructions contained no narrative, but blown-out schematics only. Several steps required two people. Really great high quality machine. Looks like a high end professional product. Be sure you have the room space and height requirements for home applications.I ordered an Olympic barbell, associated plates (Rogue) and a bench separately to complete the system.
